Yadira - Yes we'd like Mt. Holyoke to sponsor a hot chocolate stand and please start planning the kid's activities.  Please call me at the MIFA office next week 540-0200 so we can coordinate.  Thanks Kathy

Hi everyone! I cant make it to the meetings :(

However, if you would like for Mount Holyoke College to sponsor a hot cocoa stand, free-of-charge, I just need the ok! Also, may I start planning a kids activities table?

okay, Russian lights too ambitious, and the Russian opera is going to be rescheduled. Please let me know if any of you still have Christmas trees. I'd like to arrange them near the skating area and spray them with water so they get nice and icy, like a miniature alpine forest!

Yes Vitek-

We are meeting tomorrow at the MIFA offices, Bank of America building, 56 Suffolk St, 3rd floor, at 5 pm.

Yadira,

The hot chocolate stand sounds great. Posting more information about that  here is fine, or you can call Kathy at MIFA to discuss it if you cannot attend the meetings. MIFA's number is 540-0200.

Comment by yadira on January 6, 2011 at 3:06pm

Hi everyone,

Please forgive my unavailability. I really wish I could come to the meetings. I was wondering what the best way is to voice my ideas..? I have a new one! Its possible for Mount Holyoke to sponsor a hot chocolate stand at no cost to us...what do you think? I already have the approval so I just need to know if you all would like that. Should I put my ideas as a comment in one of the discussion forums?
