Let's get together and plan a great party for the people of Holyoke. Calling all local talent to shake the pavement of downtown Holyoke! The event is set for September 6th from 12-7 on Chestnut St at Veteran's Park.

My kids and I can probably (no promises!) help clean up. And while we are there during the day we can help out as needed. I knew the guilt would get to me! :o)

OK people.... we have sent e-mails, posted comments on this site, held meetings.... we REALLY NEED PEOPLE TO HELP!!!!!! If you want to see this event happen, and be organized and fun and such, we could really use some assistance. There are 37 people who say they are a part of this Block Party group, many of whom have posted an intesrest in helping in the past....Rory saaid it before and I say it again:

Now is the time when we need you! Please let us know what you can do to make this event the best it can be!

feels wonderful to be here people. i am so happy to start connecting with some of you. i can't wait till sunday!!! its my 30th b-day. the start of a whole new chapter with you folks at the blok party!!! gonna be good. peace and blessings

YOU can still have the satisfaction of helping this grand event by giving an hour or two of your time on the day of the Block Party...
