What is the talent/skill that you can bring to c.r.u.s.h.?
I am a Senior Financial Analyst with a strong background in Project Management. I am originally from Holyoke and have a strong sense of the history and its current state. I chose to move my family back to the city after a 10 year departure despite employment offers elsewhere.
What is your favorite thing about Holyoke?
Infrastructure and natural resources. I feel Holyoke has a great deal of potential. The right people need to get involved. I have been thinking about possible ways to contribute since moving back three months ago. I just found this page today and am excited to see a movement already in progress.
What do you think are some of Holyoke's greatest attributes?
Holyoke has great people who truly care about the city.
What do you think are some of Holyoke's worst attributes?
Negative perception.
What are the top issues that Holyoke needs to focus on?
Restaurants, Arts & Cultural Events, Retail Downtown, Green Industry, Neighborhood Cleanup, Safer Streets, Building Facades, Pedestrian Friendly, Community Space, Communication Network, Public Transportation, Better Schools
