Eric Blitz is coming up from NYC although his wife Valerie is critically ill with pneumonia (she has had HIV for 20 years), she's on life-support right now -- he is determined to send healing energy to her through the music -- she requested this of him before they put her under sedation over a week ago: that he definitely come up to Holyoke to play this show no matter what her condition. This is a very important show for Eric.
