Urban blight, lack of pride in our neighborhoods and the division of classes and ethnicities .
What are the top issues that Holyoke needs to focus on?
Restaurants, Arts & Cultural Events, Retail Downtown, Green Industry, Neighborhood Cleanup, Safer Streets, Pedestrian Friendly, Communication Network, Better Schools
