Crush website updates and changes

The CRUSH Internet Design Group met at Pizza DAction last night, and we made some decisions about changes to the crush websites.

One small immediate change, we deleted the forum here on the Ning site. We felt it was redundant since most people use the blog section. The data is still there if someone wants to retrieve something, but the tab is now gone
